    Bought 2 mirrors and the listing only shows one color of light around the frame. They do not describe or list another color or show a photo of the difference. When you make your selections for the mirror features, they only list wattage not color descriptions. I had a licensed electrician install the mirrors and set them up to the bathroom switches. Turn them on and the color looks nothing like the listing. I contacted Mirrors and Marble and Amy responds to say that I would need to purchase the light upgrades for 39 dollars each and have an electrician install them which voids the warranty. How about you not misrepresent your listings? How hard is it to describe the LED color variations and show a photo of what that looks like when you first order. I was totally misled and then they try to up sell you and void the warranty for using a licensed electrician! Horrible business - buyer beware!

    Want to charge me $200 for shipping on a defective mirror that cost $400 include shipping. Basicall, no warranty
