    HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!. There is no human to provide support. You are required to send a text or email, which might take a week to get a response. They ratchet down your Internet speed. And our final month, the Internet completely shut off 19 days into the month. I requested to shut off service completely and they acted like I had never made this request, even after MULTIPLE requests including a screenshot of the original request. We ended up having to cancel our debit card because they continued to take out $113 for the subsequent two months after cancelling service.
