      Absolutely the worst heating/cooling company. John has no idea what he’s doing besides scamming older customers and scamming insurance companies. Completely incompetent owner and employees. Ridiculous they are still in business.

      We are very pleased with the service that we received from Mike ******. He was very professional and on time to the call. He seemed very knowledgeable and repaired the issue quickly. We will call Universal again in the future, if and when we need future repairs or service. Thanks Mike for a job well done.

      They will tell you one thing and do another. You can’t trust what they say run away fast!!!

      They tried to con me ! Their technician came out to do a tune-up. He said my heat exchanger was spotted and discolored. Insisting that it was ready to start leaking CO anytime, he called second "tech". The second person agreed and gave me quotes to either replace the heat exchanger or the the furnance. I called a second company. Thier tech said that spots and discoloration mean nothing. He turned it and did a combustion test. Accetaple CO levels are 0-100. My furnance is 6 and safe to opperate. When I had a maintenance agreement with them, they were wonderful. With I didn't renew it, they turned.

      I've been a customer of Universal Heating & Cooling, LLC for several years. Joseph, recent service technician, was professional, knowledgeable, detailed and courteous (I appreciated him wearing the foot covers) as he entered/exited the house. Very talented and committed to his craft.
      UH&C is focused on the customer from the onset of appointment scheduling to management acknowledging the little things to ensure customer satisfaction. I've been pleasingly satisfied doing business with this company.

      What a wonderful business. My neighbor was on vacation and their air conditioning unit went bad. Called Universal on a Friday and they were there to help me within an hour! Alex showed up and explained what the problem was and what needed done. He had it fixed within minutes. I would highly recommend them for anyone having any a/c or heating issues. I have used them in the past and they did an awesome job for me as well. Thanks John for great service.
