    If the bbb would let you do negative stars it would be a thousand. After what the company put us throu, they sent service technician out and lied about our unit need replaced. After I called in to the office the project manager throu text not even a phone told that they mis diagnosed the system. After going throu this I ask to talk to the owner Jim. When he called he was very unprofessional. Told me in the first sentence.What kind of b s story am I gonna tell him. Also , told me that if I put any reviews on line that he was gonna sue me for defamation of character. After researching and looking at all the reviews from other sites and on google this same scenario happens a lot.

    Colin ****** was great. He did a thorough job and even found a disconnected duct that nobody else ever did. I highly recommend Colin ****** and CJS.

    I am so thankful that Eddington Heating and Cooling chose to retire and sell their Customers Accounts to CJS Heating and Air. I trusted Eddington 100% and now I trust their choice CJS to service my Heating and Air needs.

    Kevin our initial tech, I called him Mr. Wonderful for a reason. He is beyond educated and made my concerns a PRIORITY. Kevin asked me tons of questions and he listened to me.

    Literally 24 HOURS after I MET KEVIN my brand new system was installed and operating at 100% efficiency. That's the exact kind of service that I needed.

    The Installation team members were meticulous, timely, personable, and provided great communication plus education.

    My CJS team are 3 great men and Technicians.

    I wish my equipment didn't require a complete replacement but.... it did and I seen the problems with my own eyes.
