A few weeks ago hand delivered letter to **** requesting statements from 2012-2016, **** said to decide if I wanted to pay $5 per statement or $20 per hour of search. **** recommended $20 per hour and that it would be cheaper than per statement. With that **** said "once they are done we will contact you to pick them up. About 4 days later ****** called and informed me they had (8) statements and it would be $80 due to the extensive search "We had to go through all credit union members statements just to find the ones with SSI on them." ****** will not give a copy of all statements instead the charge is now $260 but will charge $130 because of me being a member for over 10years. The (8) statements are so light they are hard to read. **** and ****** both said that the CCU policy is research would be $5 per statement or $20 per hour but did not provide all statements. As a consumer CCU has not provided the services which is all statements for 2012-2016 instead CCU is retaliating by providing only (8) statements plus now trying to charge again for services already paid for.

Code credit union reached out and provided a copy of statements. While the matter of statements is resolved there is the matter of the unauthorized withdrawal from the account and that has been given to the Ohio Commerce for further review.

Several months ago in 2022 I had a checking account with this company and it went into the negative. They stated that they sent two letters I did not receive the first one but once I received the the second one I contacted them right away to let them know I’d be taking care of the negative balance in that Friday which was a few days away. On that Friday I took care of it. Well after that they closed my checking account. I called and questioned it and was told they the lady (Brittney) I believe who handled the account called me and left me several voicemails which was not accurate or true information. She did not call let alone leave any messages Ashley the mgr did get my checking account back open and I even picked up a new card, so after I questioned brittney about false info I tried to log into my online account only to see it not working. I called the back to find out they had closed my entire account due to my “being rude” to staff and because my account went negative. I asked for the overall over seer of the branch and got ******* I even threatened to get m attorney involved so ******* was able to get my savings account back open but this bank refuses to allow me to open another checking account. For what!?! I’ve asked around and they don’t do this type of thing to every member. I didn’t read anything like this in their policy’s either. They have my account noted to not allow me a checking account .
