    I have never been in a situation where an authorized dealer rep. LuLu and customer supervisor Paul from 611 have literally pointed finger at one another on how an inappropriate transaction along with inaccurate information was provided to a customer. I literally went straight from hospital to location to return a home internet box was advised by LuLu it's yours sell it and call 611 to have them remove it. She looked at my face bandage up should no remorse. Then I called her with Paul supervisor while home he told me to go back to store the madder I got the more causing my procedure to bleed. They inappropriately canceled my prior ins. Without my consent then I had to buy a phone. I literally said 100 times I just had surgery I cannot keep exploding my self going back and forth LuLu hung up. Paul never referred me to FPT dept at all. Misinformed non sympathetic, rude, inconsistency and just down right nasty. What happened to Customer service I want my money back.. PERIOD!!!
