    My install for my new shower tub combo was scheduled for July 25/26. They sent one person out on the 25th who was only here until 12pm to demo the bathroom, when the next person came to finish the install the installer was here until 4pm on the 26th and still hadn’t finished. He then comes back on the 27th to finish up and can’t because they are going to have to remove my vanity- the man that said he was done besides that forgot to seal the bathtub so I had to call and schedule them to come out that Friday- they still didn’t fix/ finish the issue- fast forward about a week later when my skink started leaking because of the installer not finishing up the job correctly causing my cabinet to be soaked. They send an installer out on the 3rd and he fixes the leak but does not finish fixing my walls or finish the job out. I spoke to the manager of the Dayton location and when I called for an update on when my bathroom would be fixed she said I have no clue the drywall guy is supposed to let me know when he has availability but I can’t force him to call me back so we are going to have to wait until he can fit you in. I said this was unacceptable and if there was someone else I could speak too about this and they said the owner but he’s not in and you can’t have his number you can call the main number and ask for him. I said thank you. I do not recommend this company and will continue to tell everyone I know how bad of an experience I’ve had.

    We are disappointed with hearing about your concerns regarding your installation.  We take great pride in servicing and taking care of our present and past customers.  Unfortunately, we called and left a voicemail on August 2 and then on the 22nd.  We were scheduled to meet with the customer on August 24th.  We arrived at 9:50 and didn't depart the property until 10:15 with no response from the customer via the door or phone.  We have since tried to reach out to the customer but have not received any remittance back from the homeowner.  We would me more than happy to meet with the customer to resolve any items that customer has concerns with.  We can be reached at our Dayton location at *************  We look forward to working with this customer to resolve any concerns.
