    Had an inspection done on May 29, 2024 of a mobile home, By ************************************** The inspection passed with no problems at all with the mobile home, except a possibility of a French drain put in between the mobile home on the other side because of moisture underneath the trailer. Everything else passed with no problem.June 4, 2024 we closed on the property I myself paying $57,500 cash for the sale. June 5, two pods were delivered to the property started unpacking and all h*** broke loose. Plumbing, electrical, structural roof and foundation problems.June 15, another home inspection that resulted in major findings that resulted in a structural engineers report coming seven days later where the mobile home was condemned with life-threatening situations in which I needed to leave permanently Now a law case involved Ohio commerce department involved with mediation held on September 25, ******* cost are now up to $73,000 with what I have put in to try to get a return on the money that I have spent and Im in a nightmare like no other.August 12, 2024 the mobile home was demolished with another $5000 cost Involved.I am giving fair warning to anyone and everyone that Is requiring a home inspection and hes also quoted as doing commercial buildings to stay away!
