    I contacted this company July 6th. ******** ******* came to my home July 8th. He found the leak in my outside AC unit and said he would contact Trans. 1st he said they do not make the part any longer and they were looking to giving me a new unit. Then that changed he then said he was ordering a part. Then he said he could put freon in the unit, until we got it fixed. That never happened. I asked about it but he never responded to me.Then he said they sent the incorrect part. I tried to find out when he ordered the part and never got that info. Then he said every time he speaks with someone they order the incorrect part. Now, he says he spoke with someone (July 31st) and he believes they ordered the correct part. I asked for dates of ordering the part and he never gave any answers. He just told me when he spoke with some, but never stated when he actually ordered it. I asked him that on July 31st and today is August 8th and still no part. I have no idea when the part is coming in or anything. My unit is under warranty. He put it in on June 17th 2022 and today August 8th 2024 it is not working. He barley answers my text and never answers my calls to let me the customer know anything. I believe that's just poor customer service not keeping your customer up to date. I have had no AC since July 6th and it has been plenty of 90 + temperature days. I have ALL corresponding texts that proves every thing I have said. Any thing else you neesd to know just contact me please and thank you.I've uploaded two pics of the leak in my unit.
