    ****** with the Pharmacy Team was outstanding! Great customer service ever! My initial package was delivered to the wrong address so I filled a claim only to be declined for a replacement. ****** went over and above her duty and talked to management. After further review, she was able to convince them to offer me a courtesy replacement free of charge! Thats customer service for you! Thank you for all your help! I truly appreciate it!

    OUTSTANDING customer service! I havent started the medication yet so I cant speak to the weight loss but I can speak to the Ivim teams care and attention they put into their patients! They responded to me within 24 hours, I was able to book a consultation within 48hours, had every question and concern I had addressed! Signed up the same day and the script is on its way! WELL DONE IVIM!

    Ive never had a better experience or a better care as I have With Ivim health They are always right there to help when I have questions They have helped guided me with success on my weight loss Going into this program, I was so scared with all of the scary accusations out there about what could happen But I have not had one side effect or issue with taking GLP1 And with all the Assistance and help that I have had with Ivim Health, they are absolutely top-notch

    The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because its so expensive and they dont take my insurance. However, Ive lost 60 pounds in 7 months on this medication, while increasing my exercise and being more mindful about my food intake. Just hoping there arent any lasting medical impacts in like 10 years.

    Honestly probably the best Ive dealt with and super fast at accommodating also very careful and caring with your outside health besides the weight loss journey but everything else that your body might be going through.
