    I have been a customer for a while, and everything used to be great. But they continue to publish on their website that they've upgraded their technology but have not upgraded my platform. For the last few weeks, I've called and called and also emailed a couple of times and no one answers the phone, and no one responds to emails. I am wondering if they're going out of business and just ghosting their paying customers. Now is probably NOT a good time to sign us with them.

    If we could give less than 1 star, we certainly would. Customers please beware of this company - The customer service is terrible! Whoever is doing the accounting is horrible, they never billed us for one of our accounts and let the domain name expire and then they blamed us for the whole ordeal!!! We will never do business with the company ever again!!!! Watch out, you have been warned!
