    business provided tattoo shading
    work done was subjectively awful, scratchy, out of the lines, i have messages to show that the main goal of this tattoo session was to blend all of my current tattoos together but he (********) instead made 3 (tattoos) extremely dark and left the rest alone.
    the artist refuses to see anything wrong with this work but the owner did acknowledge that the tattoos needed rectified or the total ($600) to be reimbursed. when i came to have the issue resolved the owner offered to add more to 2/3 tattoos but would still neglect to uphold their end of our agreement which was to make my previous tattoos blend together. i asked for a refund instead (which was originally part of the offer) he (the owner ********) brought ******** (the artist) who offered to give me 1/3 of my money back ($200) and preceded to tell me loudly in front of others "what was i supposed to do on top of where you cut yourself up?" referring to my 12 year old self harm scars that are on the skin of 1 of the tattoos he poorly shaded. After this incident I decided to let the owner know how the conversation went, the owner defended ********, told me he had nothing for me other than to schedule an appointment. Since this person just allowed his employee to degrade and raise his voice at me for thirty minutes i realized i should not allow these people to tattoo me to rectify this situation and seek help elsewhere.

    photos show the tattoos before and after ******** shaded them, emails that i was sent by the owner of Lock Stock and Barrel offering to fix or refund me for the situation which was not provided and text messages from ******** offering a refund as well which too was not provided.

    Upon removal of literally every negative review that’s been posted to every social media outlet by you and your friends, whom have never stepped foot in this shop, in regards to this incident, you can come back in for a refund. If this is not taken care of beforehand, zero refund will be issued and ******** has agreed to allow you to settle this in small claims court.

    i didn’t know where to add my details, i rejected my offer because i do not feel safe to reenter this place of business after the way i was treated and i cannot have any reviews taken down as i have no idea who put them. i can only take mine down.
