    Still haven’t received the merchandise I ordered and no response from the customer service team after many emails.

    Placed an order on 2/2/24. Received an email with an order confirmation number stating it was received. No other communication since. Emailed the company (as that is the only way to make contact with them) on 3/12/24 and never received a response back.

    Ordered a T-shirt (Order # ***********) on 5/12/2023 and still yet to receive the merchandise. I've reached out via email at least five times with no response so, this leads me to believe this was a scam. I've tried the multiple emails they list. The total was $36.24. I would really like to receive what I paid for but a refund would suffice. I understand it's not much in value but it's the principle of it. Perhaps if the BBB reached out to them it may straighten them out because I'm sure there are more victims. Thank you.
