    Service Pros US completed mold restoration on my house. Water damage was in the garage. Upon removing some sheetrock they cut into the inner sheetrock of my living room. I reached out to have the company fix the damage or negotiate to a lower amount and I would find someone to fix it.

    They refused to do either. They did lower my bill by $200 after I told them the equipment was running for almost twice the time it should have because they never came back in a timely manner to finish the work nor did they tell me to go ahead and turn it off. I left work 3 days in a row because I was told they were coming to finish the job. Either the tech was tied up or the tech was sent to the wrong address. Only on the third day did they show up.

    I understand accidents can happen. All I wanted them to do was make it right by fixing the damage or lowering the bill to help me recoup some money for when I hire someone but they would not agree.

    Firstly, I would like to apologize for your experience. We have taken your concerns very seriously. 

    Hopefully you find our solution acceptable. We would like to refund $1,000.00 to you for the repair costs. Also, to ensure this doesn't happen again, a thorough investigation will be conducted on the technician/s involved. Which will result in either termination or additional training courses.

    Your experience is not the Service Pros US standard for service. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you accept our offer, we will send out the check as early as Monday 4/28/24. As part of the resolution, we request that you provide an updated review on our behalf. To confirm that we have come to an agreement and that you are satisfied.
