    Great project management and communication. The whole team is great to work with. Only delays were due to the utility company or county for permit. The project team is on top of it. System is working as sold. Installers were great and answered any questions I had. The install only took part of a day. I shopped a lot and went with Solshine because of premium products at a competitive price. They also do roofing which helps me feel more comfortable about my warranty with Solshine.

    I got the Solar panels installed at my home a few days ago. I went from being skeptical of the benefits of generating own solar energy due to the high cost of panels, to getting them installed and seeing the benefits of it. Power is the company I worked. Neelesh Tandon has convinced me to go with it and helped me all along the contract to installation stage. He has been extremely talented and helpful during the journey including the right installer and recommending the financial options that I went with. I have received my first electricity bill since PTO and my power usage is almost zero. I am happy with what I am getting. Few more months required for the overall benefits to us.

    Installers were very polite, however, forgot to bring correct paper work for the electrician inspector, had to reschedule, forgot to put on end caps, had to return to do that, when it came time for 2nd inspection, they used the wrong type of casing for the wiring, now waiting for it to be replaced and another inspection reschedule. Disappointing!

    Hey Dave, I am really sorry about the dis organization of your project. We were asked last minute to take this on outside of our normal area we work so we were not able to have everything readily available. As for the "Casing" We used PVC vs EMT usually there is no issue with inspectors and we try to have our plan sets say EMT or PVC. Once again taking this job on last second this got over looked. I understand your frustration and apologize. I will personally reach out to you to see how we can make this right by you. Thanks for bring this to our attention.

    First of all…. I never thought I would ever go solar. But once I decided to research it and find out if it was worth it. So then I proceeded to talk with several solar companies. As I did more… more companies start bombarding me with information. I felt like I was getting lost. Well needless to say… Thank God for Chistopher Young of Solshine Solar Solutions…. I asked question after question…. And he was always so nice and the only Sales rep that had the knowledge to guide me to make the best decision. He is amazing. He is one of the few reps that worked all weekend and got back with me within the hour or responded with when he could get back to me. Very polite about everything and even though the job is done…. He still is responding as quickly as when he did before. I would highly recommend him to anyone! As for SOLSHINE Solar crew and installation process… that process was very smooth, and the communication through the app was very good. I was impressed with the crew who installed and inspected, very polite, willing to explain and answer any questions as well. OVERALL… try them… they are great!

    I’ve been wanting to get solar installed on our home for quite some time but was hesitant. It’s a large investment and I’ve read more than one horror story. I spent three solid weeks talking to and getting quotes from both the big players and smaller local guys. I drilled them all with as many questions as I could think of. My salesman, Chis Y**** with SolShine Solar, stood out. He came in with a competitive price and expertly answered every question I threw at him (day or night). Even more impressive is Chris has stayed involved in every step of the process even after the contract was signed. Fantastic! The installation crew at SolShine Solar was equally impressive. They arrived precisely when I was told they would, were polite and professional, got the job done quick, cleaned up, and before my daughter even got home from school, we had a beautiful brand-new solar system on our roof. I made the right choice, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

    I did a lot of research before deciding to make the Solar plunge. Once I started the process online, I was bombarded by multiple companies and settled on 3 that offered to come out and give me free quotes. Christopher Young of Solshine Solar Solutions was the Sales Rep who won me over. He was extremely genuine, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I never felt like he was pushy, but rather have me all relevant info, listened to my needs and helped me make the best decision for my family. Christopher want just a "Sell and release" Rep either. He literally would answer any question I had within minutes anytime I texted, called out emailed him... And that included hours of the day that I didn't even expect him to respond! He was above and beyond proactive in letting me know any docs I needed, changes, etc. He was definitely the best and some of the entire process! Powur solar did the installation and they were also amazing to work with! They were friendly, efficient and very respectful of my time and property. There are quite a bit of steps involved in this process and Christopher, Solshine and Powur were all dedicated to making it work. They had to make several adjustments for me because of a large tree that I have that was giving too much shade. Several companies just straight up said they wouldn't help me, Christopher helped me facilitate a solution and in a timely manner. This was one of the absolute best customer service experiences I have ever had with ANY company or service I have worked with! I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know!
