    I've had nothing but problems with this company. 10 of my 29 panels have gone down 3 x's in the past 2 years. In 2022 it took 2+ months to get the panels up & running. They reimbursed me for estimated kwh lost. This year, outage reported in May by Enphase monitoring company. I contacted Gemini 5/22. Enphase also sent an EM. Phone calls, ************ went unanswered for weeks. I found a # for the founder, *************************** & texted him. His VM is ALWAYS full w/no opportunity to leave VM. That was on 6/10. A week later, 6/18 ****** texted me @5pm to inform his crew would arrive @ 10am. No call/no show. No response to several more attempts. 6/25 a crew finally arrived. I was told there was no problem w/panels, the breaker switch was off. I explained that Enphase walked me thru that process a month ago to no avail. Was told it was fine now & worse case scenario if it happens again, turn entire system down for 3 minutes. It happened again 4 days later. Flipped the breaker back on to no avail. Turned off entire system - 10 panels still not working. Have contacted the only 2 #'s I have (several numbers are no longer working). Three weeks now (12 contacts to both phone numbers) with no response. I have been polite & tried to be understanding in my texts - since I was told they were down to one crew - but I am beyond frustrated at this point. Not even the courtesy of a call or text in over 3 weeks, acknowledging they are aware of the problem. Nothing. I wish I had never signed that contract, which I am still on the hook with the bank for over $57,000. I hope to spare someone else the headache and heartache of doing business with this company.......I have wasted way too much time, energy and money on Gemini Solar.

    I signed up with Gemini Solar in December of 2022 and had my panels installed in March. Coming up on a year and the only time I've had a power bill has been last month. I reached out to them and received a prompt response and explanation to my question. This has been a great experience.

    I signed a contract with Gemini Solar in October of 2022 for 36 ground mounted solar panels. They did not start working until March of 2023, and did a lot of damage to my lawn, that took me 9 yards of dirt to repair. Due to their lack of attention to detail, it took many visits by the inspector to get all the permits in place. First, they used a cell phone for the inspector to review the drawings (bad idea), then they kept submitting the wrong drawings (poor attention to detail). So, it took until August of 2023 to finally get the permits in place. They submitted a request to Ohio Edison for a net-metering meter in early September, but Ohio Edison has not responded, and it is mid-November. They tell me it is out of their hands to work with Ohio Edison. I finally looked up the permits on the Clark County website and they are not listed. So at this point I don't know if this is another Gemini screw up, or if the county somehow didn't fill out the proper paperwork.

    Buyer beware After they installed my system they could not get my monitoring to work they just quit taking my calls an text second after a wind storm damage to my system I’ve gotten the same result I don’t want others to make the same mistake as me
