    Needed a new roof. Hired ************************* from Rest Easy Property Solutions. Told him there was mold on my closet ceiling. He came and looked and said there was a leak from my sky light in my bathroom. His employee came out on 4/18/24 and completed on 4/21/24. ************************* was paid $5,000.00. I was told I would receive an itemized bill of sales the following day. I still have yet to receive it. As a result of his actions I choose to have my closet ceiling replaced by someone else. I was told at that point by another contractor that not all the plywood under the shingles that had mold on it was replaced. I still have a gaping hole in my ceiling that can not be taken care if till this is done properly. I have pi tires but when adding them there is an error that keeps occurring.

    Hello. I hope this email finds you well. I have read the response from ************************* and what he is not understanding is that the mold I am talking about is not the mold on my closet ceiling, it is on the plywood that is under the shingles that was put on when he put the new roof on. There is a large hole cut out of my closet ceiling that exposes the mold that is on the plywood that was not replaced. So because it was not replaced the shingles for that area has to be taken off, the plywood replaced and the shingles put back on. I have lived with the hole in my closet since the new contractor I hired to do my closet ceiling. Everything is out if my closet because of the large hole in the closet ceiling. I have been trying to tell this man exactly what the problem is but he not understanding it. If he knows anything about roofing, I wouldn't have to keep expressing to him this point. The plywood that is under the shingles is what has the mold on it....I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT MY CLOSET CEILING IN THIS COMPLAINT. I talking about my roof in this complaint. Looking forward to hearing something more positive about the situation.
