    This is complaint is against Anderson & Co. Resume Writing Services. Marissa A is the owner of this business. I paid in full for a resume package of $639.63 on June 24, 2022. We had several prior meetings before payment and the owner was responsive and professional before payment. After payment thru a Paypal system was received the owner above became less and less responsive and breached her contract agreement that stated clients would receive first draft of resume 7 days after full payment was received. I did not hear back nor receive any product/resume draft until Monday, July 18, 2022. I received very little of what I paid for with the Anderson & Co. Resume Writing Services. I paid for a full complete package and product totaling $639.63 and only received one draft of a resume. I know one resume draft does not cost $639.63 alone. I did not receive the total resume/cover letter package I paid for that would give me several copies/variations of my resume/cover letter, provisional support with career opportunities to customize my job search and resume package. .
