      Horrible management company, I honestly think that all Management companies are a waste of money. This management company thinks they can switch the payments in which we send them from monthly to Quarterly without the customer okaying it. When I am living paycheck to paycheck. Not only that, they NEVER respond to texts or calls when I try and reach out. They dont fix anything that needs to be fixed. I lived in my house for going on 4 years and I told them since I moved here that my driveway and walkway is uneven and my mom almost tripped. That being said when someone in my family could potenitally get hurt because uneven pavements and it still hasnt been fixed is UNACCEPTABLE.
      I live in the Jacksonville FL area and would love to speak to someone higher up that can fix my issues!
