      I hired this company to resolve an electrical issue I was having, they took my money and now they refuse to answer my calls. I met with someone who claimed to be the owner, he took a cash deposit of $500 and I have not seen or heard from him since. This company has multiple addresses listed on the internet, for the purpose of deception, if you look online there are many reviews about the fraud this company is committing. My next step is to reach out to the Ohio attorney general and submit a formal complaint. This information needs to be on record about this company, for anyone who may be looking into using them.

      Hello,

      We respectfully deny the allegations made in the complaint, as they are entirely unfounded and misrepresent the nature of our business practices.
      Our company exclusively contracts with national property preservation and maintenance firms. We do not take on work from individual clients. In this particular case, Mr. ***** **** was contacted as an independent vendor to assess a property and provide photographs along with a repair estimate for specific areas.
      However, Mr. **** only submitted a few unclear photos and failed to provide the requested estimate. Based on our prior communication, eligibility for a trip charge was contingent upon the completion of both requirements. Since the conditions were not met, he was not entitled to any payment.
      It is important to clarify that Mr. **** did not hire us for any services. On the contrary, we extended a work opportunity to him under clearly defined terms. We find it deeply concerning and inappropriate that a claim lacking factual basis has been submitted to a public platform like the Better Business Bureau.
      We remain committed to ethical and professional standards in all of our business dealings and trust that this response will provide the necessary clarification.

      Complaint: 23582386

      I am rejecting this response because: the company is confusing me with another person theyve failed to uphold there obligations to. They are using a false narrative and are only just now responding here because *** submitted a formal complaint. This company has multiple fraudulent contact addresses online, they also use fictitious names. Im asking that my money be refunded in full or this claim stays on their record  because it is very important for the safety of the public so nobody else can fall victim to the scam.

      Attached are complaints submitted on their ******** page, this company has a long standing reputation for this kind of behavior. It is very important that they are stopped before more people a scammed. They took my money and have not provided any service or response to my calls.
