    To Whom It May Concern,


    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Domino's Pizza regarding an order that was not delivered and to request a refund in the amount of $28.97.

    On October 31, 2023, at 8:22 PM, I placed an order (Order #: ****) at Domino's #2327 located at 1365 Georgesville Rd, Columbus, OH 43228, with the delivery address at **** ****** **** ** 205, Grove City, OH 43123. The order consisted of a Large (14") Thin Pizza with Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce and Pepperoni, and Stuffed Cheesy Bread with Marinara, totaling $28.97.


    Regrettably, the order was not delivered within the estimated 29-44 minutes as specified. Instead, I received an email from Domino's acknowledging their failure to deliver the order and offering a deal to make amends.

    However, a deal is not a satisfactory resolution in this situation. I am explicitly requesting a gift card of the charged amount, not a deal for future purchases.


    Upon contacting the Domino's store from which I ordered, I was informed that they had no record of my order, despite $28.97 being debited from my Apple Pay account, attached to Device Account Number *******.
