    Ductless system broke. They emailed me to send in the proof and they would refund me. I sent in the proof. They never refunded me or responded to me.

    I bought the ductless heat pump, CR12000SACH, in 2018. Worked well for one year then started icing up in cool weather. Called tech support they were not helpful. Problem kept getting progressively worse until this year it was not usable. It would ice up even in moderate weather. Called support again and the said they have never seen this issue, I'm sure that's not true. Told me it must have a leak but it never displayed any error codes for leak. Like other heat pumps this unit is suppose to run in a defrost mode to prevent icing. As far as I could tell it never did that I don't think the product was designed properly. They updated their warranty to say its void if operated in temps below 40 degrees, which doesn't make it very useful for heating. I bought this from **** ***** which has discontinued selling the product, I'm sure its because its junk and the company doesn't stand behind their product. I've given up on it, not worth the trouble so buying a different product.
