    The first two days of the move were as stated by the operations manager, ***** ******. The third way was throw things in a box, throw the box on the truck, nd get out of dodge. My goods had to be temporarily stored and when it came time for the final move to my new residence chaos reigned. Boxes were stacked so high I had to have outside help to move them so they could unpacked. I was promised help with unpacking and restoring furniture. I had two workers for two hours one day. I was told I could have second day of help, which was impossible because no prior arrangement had been made and i had a conflict that day. After that my phone calls and texts were ignored and I heard nothing more from **************** move ultimately cost me over $20,000 and Mr. ****** did nothing but complain about the amount of goods he had to move. I paid Krupp a lot of money for a very bad move. Many items were damaged, and I was given only thirty days to determine the problems and file a claim. I still have not found a lot of items which are important. They packed a live plant in a box which was a remembrance of my dead brother's funeral, telling me it was "artificial" so there was no problem. In addition, I am still missing jewelry items that were my brothers and very precious to me.If BBB can help, a large creditt is due to me for a VERY POOR job.

    This company moved us on May 30,2023 from East Columbus, Ohio 43223 to Thornville, Ohio 43076.
    30 miles and 39 minutes drive.
    There salesman told us he would estimate on the high side for a 2 day move with 2 trucks and 6 men at $5000 but if 1 day he would adjust rate down per hour.
    They started at 8:50 am and we’re done by 4 pm. (1 day)
    No adjustments and the sales rep *** and customer service agent Amanda told me 3 times she was reviewing the complaint with her manager.
    They also put a large hole in a wall of the home we were moving from and destroyed our main TV a 36 inch .
    Also our beautiful outside table had leg damage.
    Very unprofessional!
