    Please review attachment for details important cheap hotels .com is the company I booked this through. Cheap hotels failed to book the dates in which I dud nit agree to pay. The dates that were intended were Monday June 23rd, 2024 checking out on June 25th, 2024. Cheap hotels .com failed to put the reservation in accordance with their Wyndam Rewards Program for points and charged me full extra day. Instead of booking this through my wyndam rewards account which were offering me 1 pIaid night and one free night. I have had problems with the ******** By ****** located at ************************************************************. There were bedbugs in the bed and the bathroom smelled of urine not to mentiom they have insects and bugs. Due the failure to adhere to wyndam guest reward policies by refusing to change the reservation to the correct dates by not adding my points as I requested to both cheaphotels.com operators and daysinn located at ********************************************************** ohio due to smell and dirt in the bathroom I will not settke for anything less than a full refund and the correct amount of points added to my wyndam rewards account without the removal of any points this room was prepaid upon booking. the wrong dates were booked when I arrived at the hotel the front desk agent an indian male failed change the dates were wrong and failed to use my wyndam guest reward points so did the two phillipino located customer service females who refused to give their agent i.d. numbers.
