Date of service: 3/4/2024 for a mammogram
My insurance company processed this as "Out of Network" by mistake.

I received a bill from Solis for $397.65. I called my insurance to resolve because it should have been covered at 100%. I received another bill on 2/2025 from Solis again stating that $397.65 was due upon receipt. I paid this on 2/23/2025.

I called my insurance company again and they corrected it and reprocessed as "In network" and patient responsibility was "0". They sent this information onto Solis.

I called Solis, the representative claimed that nothing was received. I called my insurance company again and they re-sent the reprocessed claim. My insurance told me to allow 7-10 days for receipt and processing. I had not heard anything so I called again on 5/5/2025 and spoke to ****** with Solis. She saw the positive balance of $397.65 on my account and requested a payment refund. She said it would take 30-45 business days for processing.

I called today, 7/1/2025, (8 weeks afterwards) to follow up because I still have not received my refund. I was told today that the request has been made but there is no information from the "back office". It would take another 6-8 weeks to receive payment refund.

I said this was unacceptable and requested to speak to a supervisor. They took my information and said I would get a call back within 24 hours because all supervisors were currently busy.

I did receive a call back - **** had to leave a message because I was driving. He said he had no new information for me because he has heard nothing from the "back office".

This has been going on since February and is completely unacceptable. I don't know who else to turn to for help.

I had mammography services at Solis on 1/4/2024 and paid the entire amount of $370.74 on my credit card. My card was charged on 1/23/2024. My insurance company, ****** approved and paid the the entire claim of $370.74 on 1/25/2024.

I have never received reimbursement from Solis for the $370.74 I paid. The local office gave me two billing numbers to call (###-###-#### and ###-###-####). Both of these number are just a recording that says try back next week.

I also emailed ***************** twice with the issue and was told my case was closed since they referred it to someone who would contact me. No one from Solis ever contacted me.

I need your help to collect the $370.74 reimbursement for Solis since they have been paid twice.
