    Rhinobill provides billing services for independent providers. Since January the company has been unable to complete any billing for myself and many others. I have reached out numerous times for assistance via emails and phone calls. They are no longer taking phone calls from their customers but they continue to bill their monthly fee of 21.95. I have been charged for 3 months without one successful claim being filed on my behalf. I went 6 weeks without a paycheck and then was additionally receiving false information from the company on how to correct these issues. They advised me to keep resubmitting the claims through them. Ensuring they would get paid because I was filing the claims, but yet knowing the claims would get rejected from Medicaid and we would not be paid. And at this point they won’t answer the phone or return emails. I have asked for refunds on three occasions, and I have now cancelled my account altogether to prevent them from accessing my bank account without providing any services.
