    I paid $334 to have a new fob programmed to my car after my keys were stolen. They came out and did it, and the next day now the fob will only work for one door, and the car is saying there is a keyless entry malfunction. When I called back to get someone else out, they are saying I was not on the registry bc of service last night. Whoever answered the phone said they would connect me to a manger, and then hung up.

    On September 21, 2024, the lock to our back door broke and we called the listed number (###-###-####) for service. A very nice man (****) came and repaired the lock but installed the lever upside down and backwards! We only noticed this when the exterior lever became alarmingly loose after opening the door several times. Please note: on September 21, we paid the bill of $544.00 in full. We called **** back today and explained the problem. He repaired the mistake in less than 5 minutes but subsequently charged us an additional $99.00 for the "service". We respectfully request a refund of that $99.00 charge as the job wasn't done correctly in the first place. It would be a good business practice to correct errors without charging the customer for a second visit. Sincerely, ****** ** ***** ** ***** ** ******* **

    1-22-24 The Bus came to the house they quoted $50-$120 for a vehicle lockout. He said I would charged extra because of Electric Windows & locks. The total came to $309.00 but he never told me before he worked on the locks how much over it would be. So Iquestioned why so much over? and he avoided me. He left after handing me the invoice. When I called & talked to an employee they said "there is no record of my service call." That was $189.00 over the highest amount on the estimate @ $120.00. They are not answering my calls & have hung up on my Mother multiple times. I want the overage of $189.00 taken off my bill. Willing to pay the $ 120.00 I was quoted.
