      I worked with ***** to get a house inspection in September 2024. The inspection was to include general home inspection, termite, and radon testing. I also had to prepay for all of the services. I was told the radon inspection was to be set up the day before the general home inspection and would be completed the day after. After receiving confirmation that the radon test was set up, I arrived at the general home inspection and realized that no radon test had been started. ***** confirmed that there must have been some sort of mixup and offered to refund the cost of the radon test. This is where the problems started. After 2 months of contacting the company and ***** directly, I have not received my refund. They have stopped responding to texts, calls, voicemails, and anytime I do manage to get them to pickup a call, they tell me that they will look into it and get back to me. At this point, I have no faith that I will receive my money back. Save a headache and go with a different company to get your home inspection
