  My wife and I contracted with Suncraft Corporation to construct a sunroom and composite deck. The project was completed in a timely manner ( 3/9/23 to 4/10/23). Suncraft did a quality job at a reasonable price. We have received compliments from neighbors, and the painter who is painting the interior of our new sunroom. Suncraft staff responded promptly to all concerns that we had. We express our thanks and gratitude to Jeff, Ann, Zack, Kenny and the entire Suncraft crew that participated in the building of our sunroom and deck.

  Oh my god…If I only did more research/
  The owner Jeff whines horribly like my 2 year old grandson and constantly interrupted me, the customer, when I spoke.
  Final step…
  Today, after 2 emails sent during the week asking about gutters *with no reply*, I had no choice but to call. Office boy Jim whined…. that he called the gutter guy but hasn’t heard back.
  I hate whiners.
  I hate whiney men. I hate whiney men who look at contracts with more passion than the job.
  They expected $$$ at each step which I contractually provided YET I don’t get the same courtesy
  When it comes to communication. These people really **** and it comes from the top with Jeff.

  I have had a very stressful experience dealing with Suncraft. I understand that there have been issues getting products but my review is mainly about the rudeness I experienced with **** on 2 occassions. He seems angry when I asked about the warranty. In addition, the window panels on the doors keep falling out. There is also a panel on one window that keeps coming out. The guys who came out to install were very courteous, pleasant and seem to be hard working. **** is only concerned about getting final payment. There are a few companies locally who install these patio windows and some of my neighbors used " Sunscapes" and there's patio windows are better quality and GLASS. I made an error in assuming the lower windows would be glass because that is what Sunscapes provided to some of my neighbors- **** told me that no company puts in glass, only vinyl- this is my error for not asking enough questions.. But **** said " you need to read your contract". **** has been extremely rude to me. There are many in this development who will be putting in windows in their patios and I will be sure to put a review on TownSquare also, recommending not to use Suncraft Corporation.
