This company is the absolute worst. They charge you hundreds of dollars each month, yet their app and website are both useless. I have to call every single time I want to find a provider because their system is set up for them, not for those of us actually using it. None of the terms I want to search, like "mammogram" come up with anything. Apparently I'm supposed to know to search "radiology services".I have been trying to file a grievance with them about this for months, and now they're just ignoring me. They say they will escalate it, and then nothing happens. I call again and the cycle repeats.They also like to take their website down for maintenance during the day, rather than over night when their customers are less likely to need to use it.All around an **********Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.

I have made over 10 calls to Molina in the past two months and they tell me to same lines - they will escalate it and they will file a greivance. Then nothing happens. Each call is about an hour. They pestered me until I finally did their assessments in order to get a $200 health perk. Once I did - they just never gave it to me. Phone call after phone call - and promises to make it right but it never is made right.Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.

Horrible insurance. Waste of taxpayers time and money. For about a month and a half I have been going through medical problems and procedures and due to some financial issues my insurance was made inactive and unable to pay the premium. I am presently in the hospital needing heart surgery that I am probably won’t get. So if you value your life don’t choose this insuranceMolina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.

I have this plan thru the marketplace. They are forcing me to pay 1000 more for 1 medication to manage my diabetes than i should be. I have a manufacturers copay card which i recei e the medication for 25 dollars for a 3 month supply. They are forcing me to pay what they want to charge me and not use my discount card which comes to 100 a month. Effectively charging me over 1000 a year more... This is not right. Now i can no longer afford my medication and have uncontrolled diabetes.. Thanks molina. Way to be customer focused..Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.

Got this for my bf through marketplace. Insurance agent got me a good monthly price and great total out of pocket cost. Now for down side Trying to find a PCP in area is ridiculous or a dermatologist that is not 40 miles away that is covered. They don't tell you which pharmacies are in. Network only that **** **** **** is their pharmacy provider for mail order. You can never get a hold of anyone in customer service. Their app and website do not work properly. You put in area you live and PCP and in very tiny list in a town with zillion docs there are very few and some are not even PCP they are urgent care or ER docs. You try and tell technical support so it can be fixed And they act like it is customer who does not know what they are doing. I have used many insurance portals over the years. Theirs is by far the worst for everything. Their AI when you try and call is absurd. It ask for all your info and goes through talking about vaccinations ECT then tells you they are closed and hours they are open. Well, guess what, I called during hours it said it was suppose to be open and it told me they were closed. If it was not for cardiologist being in Network I would already be reporting them. Online it shows my bf saw a doc on a service date he never even had an appointment. Thankfully there were no charges made to bf for it. Why pay for health coverage if you can't find any doctors in your area to see??Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.

As every other review I see, they continue to transfer you to different people that can not help. They say they have not received the request, then the next person says they have but it hasnt been reviewed. Im told 24 hours, the next day told 48 and 4 days later Im told it takes 10 days. Just to review. Every time I call, Im on hold for between 1-3 hours. Today was 2 hours and 34 minuntes. I have been hung up on accidently 4 times and each time they have asked me at the beginning for a "call back number. "Why, when you dont actually call anyone back? Its hard to change medical insurance in the middle of a treatment. I would not suggest this insurance to anyone. The worst customer support ive ever recieved. I am 15 days in the the run a round with no light at the end yet.Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.

Molina loves to deny things that are covered by law. Do not back down from them. They are nothing but corporate bullies. If they denied something that you know is covered, appeal, then when they deny you again IMMEDIATELY PUT IN FOR A STATE HEARING!!! If the state hearing officer denies you PUT IN FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING!! I have to do this at least 3 times a year. Now I get letters saying they won't pay for out of network medical that I DID NOT use nor did I ask to use......so this means at this point they feel the need to harass me, thinking I will give up. I refuse. PLEASE talk to a Pro-seniors Attorney if in OH. If you live in another state check for free attorneys for those over 60 yrs of age. Also, do NOT forget to use your state Ombudsman office. I am now going to contact legal aid for the continued harassment that I continue to receive from Molina. They refuse to comply with the laws....the CEO of Molina, ****** *********,received $22.1 million in total compensation in 2022, the bulk of which came from $15 million in stock grants. The rest of the total comprised cash compensation of $1.6 million and $5.6 million from a non equity incentive compensation plans. This is why Molina doesn't care about it's members!!Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.

Horrible Headache! I’ve called so many times and have received the run around every single time! Nobody can help me and everybody keeps transferring me to someone else who says it’s not their job. They denied my sons claim saying that he had other insurance when that was false. I have never experienced worse customer service than this! Do not get this insurance unless you want to pay out of pocket for everything!Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc.
