    I could not possibly emphasize enough to stay away. We’ve been working with this company for about a week, they were sent by our home warranty company to see why our furnace was not working. They first stated it was a pressure switch, then a control board, then stated we a) needed a whole new furnace or b)to replace the heat exchange. They’ve currently billed around $600 - and the heat exchange would be another $1200ish. We went with our gut that it felt they were just throwing parts on the furnace and don’t know what they are doing so we got a second opinion from a professional with 40yrs experience. Within seconds of looking at our furnace he spotted that first, they had bypassed safety shut offs (a week ago when they left our property) which has left us vulnerable. Also, he immediately saw the problem, and fixed it within 5 minutes and had our furnace running after CLOUD 9 had been out multiple times and each time just tried to get us to replace something new. This company does not know what they are doing and tried to get us to replace our entire furnace!!!! Then they told us their trouble shooting (which cost 600+) was normal and we would have that anywhere. Stay away please please please. I’m so glad we went with our gut.

    My furnace went out in February. Of all the HVAC companies I contacted, Cloud Nine Heating and Cooling was the most affordable and quickest to come to my home. Their technician was extremely professional. He showed me exactly what my issue was, gave me great advice on how to better care for my furnace and had my furnace repaired in no time! I am extremely satisfied with the service I received! Almost 2 months later and my system is running beautifully!
