      Seems like poor customer service is a common thread through all of these complaints. On 12/31/24 I called to order a Walther 22WMP SD they had in stock $349 at the ******* store. I wanted it sent to the *******************. They informed me I need to call the Cleveland Ave store (The receiving store) and order it through them. So I immediately called the Cleveland Ave store and ordered it and put $200 down on it. She said the gun would be in a couple of days. 4 weeks later after multiple calls gun is still not in. Turns out, ******** finally tells me they sold my gun but not to worry she ordered me another one 1/2/25 from *******. This is only two days after originally ordered it. She said the price would be the same. 6 weeks later ******** called me and said my gun was in but they could not honor the price any more. I went to the store on Saturday 2/15/25 to speak to ******** and the store Manager. The Manager wouldnt even come out of the office to tell me face to face they werent t going to honor the sale price. In stead, he sent a sales associate out to tell me the Gun was going to cost me another $80 and they would give me 2 boxes of ammo and a free range pass. I live an hour away , this does me no good. I have been a repeat customer at ********************** over the years and this breaks my heart at how cold I was treated. The mis communication at this place is incredible. Buyer Beware.

      Ive been having my boat winterized at vance outdoors for around 14y always got good service, but last Dec when I finally got a appointment **** came out said my fuel filter needed changed I said fine then he came out said my fuel was bad , showed me a jar of redish fuel , then he came out and said they couldn't get motor started that they somehow force winterized, then informed me that I needed a high pressure fuel pump he didn't have in stock but in spring he could order for 500.00 ! Well when I got home I used hand pump got half jar of fuel out of tank it looked and smelt fine , yesterday I put battery in and hooked hose to motor ,turned key it started immediately and ran fine!! Vance outdoors use to have great management and employees in boat service but It has changed I beleive new management and employees and you lost a loyal customer

      We have reached out to the customer to try and make this right. We believe this was miscommunication on the part of our employee and have offered incentives for the customer to give us another chance. We hope to hear from him in the future

      This review would be 5 stars but the gun range needs some help with there customer service only guy over there that’s working hard & excellent with customers is **** he should be paid more to train them guys on customer service
      now over at the firearms counter i love working with ***** or **** but i highly respect a lot of those guys over
      But one person i feel like deserves a lot of recognition is ****** that woman works hard great customer service never heard her complain i hate it when i don’t get to check out with her how is she not a supervisor yet?

      I have made several purchases with Vance Outdoors over the course of 25 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and patience. Clearly at time the sales staff is super busy,calling numbers off with people waiting. Sometimes they are waiting for customers to come in. The service never changed. They always focused on me with my questions and needs. Don’t know how they do it. Knowledgeable staff have a way to let me ask questions and not feel dumb. I will always take my business with firearms to their store.

      First off we drove over an hour to get hear.
      We ended up making a purchase on Oct 6, 2023. On Oct 18, 2023 we seen the new ad come out with the gun we had just purchased and it was now on sale $130.00 cheaper than what we paid.
      I called in to the Hebron location where we made the purchase asking them for a refund of the difference, I was told no because you only do those in the first week.
      It was apparent at that point you guys don't care about keeping repeat customers at all, it was all about getting that sale.

      POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAITED AT THE GUN COUNTER FOR 20 MINUTES NEVER EVEN GOT A HELLO FROM THE SALESMAN THEY STARED AT ME AND WHERE VERY RUDE WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TOO ANYONE
