    Takes your money then ghost you, doesnt answer the phone gives you no responses whatsoever practically impossible to get your items will never do business with again or try to even !

    ******* company was told over a month my stuff was coming give new date after date as soon as I post publication the cancelation my order refund me took over 16 phone calls to actually talk to some one. There several post there customer service basically barely exist and they lie as long as they can until the ship or complain enough they just refund you after over a month waiting.

    I ordered this trigger 2 weeks ago with nothing arriving & a false trk# was sent. I emailed them and they stated that they were waiting for parts to be delivered even though it says in stock. They also stated there was confusion in the warehouse, and they apologized then stated it will be shipped out. I understand that and things happen, but then they just stopped talking to me completely. I have called numerous times and emailed with no luck. From all the other reviews and complaints online, I'm not sure what's happening here Quite yeah, hopefully, I hear from them Soon. If my trigger arrives and they respond or give me a refund I will update.

    Canceled a order and next day they refunded my account but withdrew the funds right after intended several times to contact them with a bank representative but they refused to answer representative left a voice message but they completely ignored it

    company is a scam offering FRT style triggers and parts for a deal too good to be true doesn't ship parts have not been able to get a response by email or phone for a refund

    It took two months to receive my product and then when I did receive it it was the wrong product. I had to pay shipping and handling to return it for my original order that I wanted and still had to turn around and wait another two weeks because they falsified information and stated that the product was in stock. To top that off I paid $290 and when I asked for my refund I only received $254. On top of all of this I was treated bias, unfair and was told the product was damaged and they took my restock fee and warranty fee and refuse to refund it. So you ask who I recommend them absolutely not

    Upon investigation it looks like the the item you ordered was sent to you, but you reached out to advise that you ordered the wrong generation for your firearm. We offered to replace the item for the correct generation, but that there would be a restocking fee due to the error on your end and not ours. As for paying for shipping back, we do not offer labels as some companies do not and we do not refund or replacement until the original product arrives per policy, therefore there was a wait time due to the shipping process of USPS. Warranties are non-refundable, that is noted. Shipping is also non-refundable which is noted as well. You were refunded $254 as that is the total after the 10% restocking fee which was reduced as a courtesy from a regular 20%.

    Overall, you were provided will all the information and refunded for the item.
