      Where do I begin…I ordered a custom sectional that wouldn’t fit in the space I needed mind you I already paid for the couch. So no money back that’s cool apply it to something that does fit , which took me a while longer to find but i did then there was a balance of $3-400 left on my account. Keep in mind there is no cash back/refund . So I was going to purchase a bed for my sister but it was $149 delivery and set up cost so i said i’ll call back and add to this order maybe a layaway because it doesn’t make sense to pay that for a bed that i could put together. So a year went by and now i need a few things i could have added to the current credit . I call the store to see how to go about this and i’m told “ if you don’t get the bed you called to order you lose your credit “ WHAT??? if you don’t wanna give me my money just say that because I never finalized that but don’t give these lame *** excuses and claim it’s policy if i PAID the money and I DONT have the PRODUCT YOU STOLE MY MONEY and then there rude and arrogant like there doing you a favor. Don’t waste your time here the quality isn’t worth the hassle I was just wanting to get the remainder of my credit so i don’t end up where I am now with someone swindling my money and justifying how it’s ok to do so .*
