We asked them early summer 2023 for an estimate, and after finally getting them out to look at our property they asked us to provide them with our lot information and they would submit our plans to our HOA. It’s now November and they still haven’t done so although we paid a non refundable fee to our HOA for our application. Not recommended!!!

Unfortunately we do disagree with this review

This Customer did call in to ask for a quote during our busy season (summer) so we were not able to get out there for about 2 weeks

We then went out and provided an estimate to the customer and let them know that we do we require a deposit to get them on the schedule and prior to us doing any work.

We did look into HOA and city restrictions for them

After sitting for a few weeks they asked us to come back out to re-measure because they wanted to change the location of the fence

After going back out the customer decided they would like to move forward and accepted the estimate stating they would be paying a deposit as required

So, in anticipation of the deposit being paid, I informed the customer that I would go ahead and get started on preparing the documents they would need for the HOA application.

    A deposit never came in.

I continued to communicate with the customer, letting them know that we need a deposit paid prior to any work being completed

They basically strung us along after going out to their property multiple times preparing documents for them and continual communication

The customer never expressed any concern for paying the deposit just kept stating they would pay and never did
So, at that point I let them know again that I need a deposit prior to work being completed
After all the issues I decided to cut ties with the customer so that we could focus on our current clients.

We have worked very hard to be known for our quality work and excellent customer service and have nothing but positive reviews elsewhere

We do apologize for any miss communication
