    It is really unfortuntate that our experience here has been so bad because Dr ***** and her Clinical Assistant ****** were absolutely fantastic. But, due to poor management and communication with staff it left me feeling horrible about the care received. Firstly, my daughter was referred there and I received no call to schedule, after a week I requested the number and began calling. I called multiple times and never received a call back- it always went to voicemail. Finally one day FIVE weeks after the referral they called to schedule and got us in. Through the mountains and moutains of paperwork and assessments, I suppose I missed where it said you had to pay a non insurance covered fee of $500 up front or you couldnt get the diagnosis- I did not find this out until they cancelled the appointment for non payment. The office staff admitted they didnt tell me verbally but it was in the papers. And I was forced to pay with only hours until the appointment. They KNEW we were trying to get this done by end of school year to get an IEP in place. They had me between a rock and a hard place, and $500 isnt something I just have. Then, we get the diagnosis and now it has been eight weeks without a report being sent to me, the board of DD who requested it, and her doctor. EIGHT WEEKS. The last email I sent was on June 5th, then June 17th. I cannot get a response. The office staff is just not on top of things, and at this point it is delaying care for my daughter.
