      Extremely satisfied with all aspects of dealing w/ Storm Team from initial contact with Matt W., the details with Luis R. and the workmanship of the install team for windows & sliding glass doors lead by Jorge. Very happy with the pricing, quality of suggesting the correct/right ES & CGI Sparta products and end results. Already in discussions with them for next project work at the house.

      Storm Team has been wonderful to work with from start to finish. My representative, Matt H******, helped me through the entire process- working with the insurance company to handle my claim, ensuring I understand the roofing process and timeline, staying in constant communication with me on the status of the project. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best experience with the biggest purchase I'll ever make on my home. I would recommend Storm Team to anyone who ever needs a new roof!

      I had a great experience with Storm Team and, particularly, Brandon V*** who supervised our claim repair. We experienced extensive damage to our roof, gutters, and siding from a hail storm. Brandon and Storm Team delivered as promised! They handled the repairs, follow up engagement with my insurance company—- the works! Great overall experience and highly recommend them.

      Storm Team Construction in South Carolina replaced my roof over 7 years ago. I now have brown spots in my ceiling due to poor roof construction from Storm Team Construction workers. I have since contacted two different roofing companies that stated Storm Team Construction used staples and did not properly seal the shingles on my roof to prevent future weather damage; not to mention the shingles appear to have been used before due to wear and dark edges on the shingles. Of course, I have contacted Storm Team, but my contract has expired, and I now have to pay out of pocket to have my roof repaired. I am not looking for reimbursement or apology from the company because I do not trust their services. I am sending this complaint as a precaution to anyone considering using Strom Team to replace their roof..

      Our local representative Dwayne has been in contact with Mrs. Weaver, went to her home, and taken pictures to show her that her roof was indeed properly fastened. Used shingles? Who comes up with this stuff? It's a shame how easily some roofers will through their competitors under the bus. We do have a warranty period, and more than seven years, and many storms and high winds later, including hurricane winds it is outside of our responsibility. However, as a courtesy, we have offered to correct any issues in order to go above and beyond.

      *Storm Team has earned my highest recommendation for roofing services in the Fort Mitchell, AL area. I utilized their service in response to a wind claim which resulted in my house needing a complete roof re-shingled. Mr. Richard Munguia arrived for the initial quote and was up front and honest about the entire process. He in no way attempted to raise costs for extra money or play any sort of “salesman games” to sell anything that was not necessary. This team is among the most honest I have ever met, and they took care of all business with my insurance agency to ensure costs were accounted for according to Alabama building code requirements, which made my life much easier. I strongly recommend this company for anyone else who finds themselves in a similar predicament, especially if you are unsure of the process; they are very knowledgeable and will walk you through it completely stress-free.

      Storm Team Construction has been amazing from start to finish, they told us we had hail damage to our roof and buildings and got the process started right away with the insurance company. We have had a lot of issues between the insurance company and the mortgage company we truly couldn't have completed everything without their help and expertise. Brandon Vera has been incredible to work with, he has dealt with all of the crap the insurance company has thrown at us. The roof looks great, they were efficient, respectful, clean and quick. We will absolutely recommend Storm Team to anyone looking for a construction company that legitimately cares about their customers. Brandon has since moved to another state and he is still working on our insurance issues. We truly appreciate all the hard work the entire company has put in for us. They definitely go above and beyond even when they don't have too. Thank you Brandon and the team for a pleasant experience (not including insurance company). Hands down the best experience we have had.

      Storm Team has been incredible throughout the process of replacing my roof. There was not one instant during the process that I was confused about what was going on, what was next or if there was something that I needed to do to move the process along. Matt and the whole team were incredibly responsive to all of my questions and concerns and provided us with much needed support when the project hit a snag before the tiles could be placed. This is the second roof that I've had replaced in South Florida, and it has been far the easiest and best experience that I, or my friends have experienced. Thank you again Storm Team for all the support and the great work. I love the roof and it looks amazing.
