      ***** ***** came from a company called Improveit to install three windows,but got me remodeled my bedroom. He is a great salesman. I am looking forward for my new bathroom. My BIRTHDAY Gift to myself.

      We ordered a walk-in shower with grab bars and seat. They said they couldn't put the seat in the way we wanted it so we accepted that. During demolition they hit the wall so hard that it went through to our bedroom wall. Cracked the side of the wall on the shower wall. They did eventually patch the holes but no paint. We still don't have our grab bar installed or just the bar. We paid cash so we thought there would be better communication and there was not. The shower is lifetime warranty but how when we can't even get our grab bar how are we to get anything fixed if it breaks?

      We have been a customer of ********************** for over 20 years. I absolutely my windows and patio enclosure! They stand by their warranty! **** was a pleasure to work with!I will continue to use them for all my remodeling needs!

      The initial installation of my windows did not meet expectations. Follow-up took months to get someone to come check up on the windows. Finally got someone to look at the install and agreed the windows were not installed correctly, and toook another month before they sent a repair crew. They were unable to fix everything, and had to order new parts. Have been getting the run around ever since to try to get them to come out and finish fixing the windows. Almost a year now since install and they have not yet fixed the windows.Have no idea what a lifetime warrenty through this company is worth if they refuse to even fix the intial install.

      I had hired improveit for new windows. They over charge compared to competitors and will promise a top service warranty but I have terrible windows that were not even installed correctly and still pending correction. Do not do it!! Find some one local who can stand behind there work.

      ******** was very respectful and explained all other windows and showed us the difference in the competitions windows and how Improve It company was better by quality and price, and they warranty was the best on the market. would definitely recommend to others.
