    They contacted me the day before cleaning visit, on a Monday holiday. I could not accommodate their announced next day visit because a friend's mother passed away, but I did offer a Friday visit. Unfortunately this was the second month in a row that I could not accommodate their scheduling, the month before because of an unscheduled family visit. I am on a monthly schedule. The lady stated I knew I was on a every 4 week, Tuesday schedule and should have forewarned of my inability to accommodate their visit. I did not know I was on a four week every Tuesday visit, it was not listed on the one sheet provided when I signed on, and of course I could not have anticipated my friend's mother passing away. At the same moment of this phone call the $180.00 fee was drafted from m account. I called about the fee. Merry Maids say in weeks I will be given $80 back as I was aware of a $100 dollar lockout fee. I was not aware of that fee. Merry Maids is dishonest relying on rules unknown to their customers and are far more concerned with their own convenience the service to their customers.
