    My experience with the owner, ***** is unforgettable. I wasn’t given a consultation. She cut off all my hair before I even knew it with the shaver. It took less than 30 seconds to cut off all of my hair. She is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I had to go speak to a counselor regarding this please be aware of this salon I say that if the owner runs a salon in this manner no telling what else can happen I don’t want anything from her. I am extremely sorry that I came there and will tell anyone to beware. My experience is unforgettable. I will never return and anyone that ask I will let them know my experience. It’s taken it’s taking months to come to grips with this but I will never forget. They make you put a rating because I would’ve put zero not worth it. Don’t trust this business!

    I really wanted to support this black business. However, the customer service, product management and the lack of accountability is beyond me. When I was using the product it took over a month to receive an order. You pay the money and product is out of stock for months. I have recommended this hair care line to others and they have the same issue. If I were you I would run away from this brand. I am no longer using it it hear from people that Ive referred and it saddens me. Stop taking money if you do not have the product. ????????

Pre-sales are always CLEARLY STATED with ESTIMATED in stock dates. Synergi has never taken a customers money and not been upfront about expected delivery time.
