1 starSO done with Huntington been trying for three days to get on my online baking account. handicaped so I barely drive first I get people I can hardly understand the tell them I can't get a code to my phone or email. They send me to different depth and after a 15 minute wait I get hung up on.if I have to drive 35 minutes to fix this I will just close my account. 1 starWe are selling our house and had a closing date for early June. The buyers used Huntington Bank to finance their mortgage and, even though everything was ready to go, Huntington's underwriters delayed for no good reason, were not responsive to the loan officer and brokers, asked repeated and unnecessary questions, and completely disregarded how the delay of the closing affected both us and the buyers. Even the most technical issues took the underwriters days to review, even though it should have taken ten minutes and the primary bank had already signed off on everything. The closing date was pushed back three times SOLELY because of the delay and non-responsiveness of the team at Huntington - not because of us, the buyers or the appraisal. DO NOT use them to finance your house. If you are selling and they are financing a purchase, refuse the offer. The hassle and delay due to their utter lack of concern for the individuals involved, and their lack of diligence is unacceptable. This disregard and delay has wreaked havoc on the lives of us and the buyers for no good reason.The Huntington National Bank

1 starif I could give huntington bank sba loan a 0 I would, but I guess they can get 1 star instead. lets start out that this loan is now going on 3 months and the guy that is supposed to be handling the loan (****** ********) is very rude and in my opinion lazy. will not get me a closing date or time. would not recommend using ********* bank for a *** loan. even tho they state that they are rated number 1 for *** loans. ridiculous. hope I save someone the hassle with this review.The Huntington National Bank

1 starHuntington Bank told me that they would block all charges from Docusign for the next 2 years; after Docusign would not allow me to cancel my account with them. After receiving a text message from Huntington Bank stating that they had approved a charge of $319.50 from Docusign, I called the service center. I was told that blocks of charges are not guaranteed because vendors can change their name or the amount. This is obvious **** Steer clear of Huntington Bank. Live and learn. Some institutions are honest. Others, like Huntington, are dishonest.The Huntington National Bank

1 starWe have banked at Huntington commercially for some time. Its impossible to see anyone and get service for anything quickly. Its also impossible to do an ACH without treasury who after a week of not responding caused us to look for another bank who is in the 21st century. And they also charge ***** for an ACH that most modern banks allow you to do without treasury for free as a customer. This bank is very behind the times. Dont use them for commercial banking.The Huntington National Bank

1 starWorst customer service I have ever experienced in 40 years notary on morning shift refused to notarize my emergency child custody paperwork because she was on break the other two employees working explained she had break in the morning once already and that she needed to notarize the paperwork, she made a scene, screaming at her coworkers in front of me saying everybody was being disrespectful. She was on break. She was on break. She was on break.That woman needs to be fired!The Huntington National Bank

1 starReceived an auto loan in 2011 now it is 2025. After many attempts Huntington bank has failed to hold up their end of agreement/contract. Vehicle was paid off in 2018 there was never a late payment. However they never removed lien and never sent title. They broke contract and are preventing me from getting rid of vehicle. I have not heard from Huntington bank in 7 years since they received the last payment so if a lawyer reads this Im interested in legal advice for the damages being caused and this bank still failing to send documents. I would think Huntington claiming they own property in which they dont would have legal consequences.The Huntington National Bank

1 starFraudulent activity occurred on my business account on Saturday 5/17, it was report immediately to Huntington Bank. Huntington said there was nothing that could be done because the charges were pending and we needed to contact the store where the purchases were made. We contacted the store and received a refund (refund received 5/19) and receipt of refund. The refunds have no been pending in our account for over 2 days (today is 5/21) while Huntington has assessed *** fees on the fraudulent activity. All calls to customer service render the same response, that should be fixed by tomorrow. As a business (this is a business banking account) **** had our account held hostage by Huntington while they promise to expedite the issue and assess bank fees and charges. This is beyond predatory financial abuse at this point.The Huntington National Bank
