      A terrible business. Requested the HOA documents from this company which manages my mothers condominium complex (*** ******* ** ********* ****** This after the management company announced that there had been recent multiple changes to the documents governing the condominium.
      Eric ***** ********* the owner of the management company refused to provide the documents unless a $50 fee was paid to him for them. He would however provide them for free via the internet. The problem is, my mother is 88 years of age, has no knowledge of how the internet works, no internet access and no device capable of accessing the internet, she is also on a fixed income.
      Rather than cooperating, helping and working with the residents who live in the condominium complex, like most management companies would, Algotson and his company responded with smug, offensive responses from the repeated requests we made for these documents. Algotson has still refused to provide them. In fact he went so far as to write that he "does not work for us" - meaning that he works for the association, not the residents.
