      On May 17 2023 my husband and I hired Kingston 3d to tear out and replace our existing deck and build a new one. First payment of 50% was made on 5-23-23. Deck was completed on 6-17-23 and final payment was made. Lonnie did inform me they would be back out in September due to the plugs being on backorder. (We had a composite deck built). On 6-19-2023, the steps on the deck started to come apart. I promptly text Lonnie and send him a picture. Lonnie said they could return on 6-23-23 to repair the steps. I then sent Lonnie additional pictures of a workers t shirt that caught stuck in our mower and nails we found around the deck. Lonnie denied the shirt belonged to his crew and they were not able to run the magnet due to the dog feces. Lonnie then informed me he could not come out till 6-26-23 due to the rain. On 6-24-23, I sent Lonnie more pictures of the deck steps that needed repair. Lonnie then text me the next day, 6-25-23 saying he was refusing to come out unless we paid him more. Lonnie stated he needed more money because the contract was for a partial tear down and not a full tear down. Lonnie waited one week after the deck was completed and final payment had already been made, once we started having issues with the steps to inform of this. Lonnie also stated he will be charging a 100 late fee each day the new invoice is not paid.

      Attached is the text messages between Lonnie and myself as well as pictures of the deck.

      Also, I confirmed with the local township zoning commission, Lonnie never got a permit to build the deck.

      We had this company do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. The cost was over $30,000. He demanded almost all of the money in payments over a two week period of time, stating that the job would be done in about two weeks. He started the job in the summer. He has collected all of the money, and has not finished the job. The shower leaks. There is separation, and cracks in the counter. The cabinets are not attached to the wall. The bathroom was not completely painted. There are several areas, that needed touched up. Lonnie, was supposed to finish the work and do a walk through, which never happened. Every time we called, there were numerous excuses, such as his truck was broken down, leaking, oil, he had mouth surgery, or some other tragedy. He left a complete mess of our home, not using drop cloths, and leaving paint spatters, and plaster, which has been very difficult to get up. We have tried to reach him many times, only to be given the run around by someone in the office. The last call to his office, a person stated that they were not responsible for anything that was done, because too much time had lapsed. We have been calling Lonnie, at least two times a week for months, and have been patient, through his wedding, truck issues, surgeries, and life tragedies. I am very disappointed with this young man, and his bad work. I would never write a review like this, but we have spent a lot of money, and at this point, he has just take advantage of our kindness. He is not to be trusted.
