    If anyone is interested in replacing their driveway, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Not only was the owner courteous and professional, but the outcome was fantastic. All my neighbors stopped to admire my new driveway and couldn't compliment it more. J.R. Spanulo does it right and takes the time to explain things. He is not too busy to answer any questions you may have. I rarely leave reviews on BBB, but this was warrented. Nice job guys, and thank you. ***** ** ******* *****

    Joe and his crew were awesome! He was able to squeeze me into his schedule, poured 1056 square feet of concrete, used 10 gauge wire support, kept the area clean around the worksite, and just was efficient, thorough and an all-around pleasure to work with. Great communication! I'll definitely be recommending his concrete services to others. Thanks, Joe!!

    We needed to have a small concrete patio done. After trying to get a contractor return our calls and be willing to do a "small" job, we were fortunately to contact Joe! He answered his phone, came over and gave a reasonable estimate and was able to clearly explain what he would do and when he would be able to do the job. He is an excellent communicator. He worked with our HOA and the city and was able to not only do an excellent job but did it ahead of schedule. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK! When I spoke with the city inspector, he said that Joe does excellent work as well.

    I cannot say how amazing our patio looks! Joe and his crew did an amazing job with our patio. From the first day he came over to give us a quote he explained the entire process and we loved his professionalism. He stayed in contact with us to let us know his timing and informed us of everything being done along the way. Communication is so important to us and he went above and beyond. Quality of work is incredible! We are so happy. Joe is a really nice gentleman and we loved getting to work with him.

    My wife and I had a new driveway installed in mid April of 2023 and are very pleased! All the crew involved were very professional and very polite. They didn't take any shortcuts and were very old-school about the techniques they used. It's a work of art! Joe and his wife returned today to seal the driveway. He keeps his word and is very proud of his finished product. I highly recommend JR Spanulo!

    I had an old patio removed because water came towards my house when it rained. I had a larger one added. JR Spanulo kept me up to date of all details. It turned out perfect. Cleanup was amazing. A big rain storm passed through and he came back and covered the concrete and then came back at night to remove the plastic. I got to witness the rain flowing away from my house.

    We are extremely pleased with the quality work Joe and his crew did on our driveway extension and concrete pad for our gate. Joe was great to work with, always promptly answering our questions and accommodating us changing the size of our driveway extension a few days before the work was to take place. Our project was completed on time and was reasonably priced. Our neighbors had recommended JR Spanulo and we are very happy that we went with this company for our concrete work. Joe is a very pleasant, easy to work with gentleman who really knows what he is doing. I was really impressed with the stamped concrete pad by our gate, it looks fantastic (Joe doesn’t normally do stamped concrete anymore but did a small pad for us because we really liked the look)! Joe’s crew was extremely nice and polite and we were happy to have them working on our job. I will not hesitate to recommend JR Spanulo Construction to our friends and family- in fact our neighbors saw how nice our driveway looks and have already requested quotes from Joe.

    OUTSTANDING! Joe and his crew did an amazing job on our concrete work. We were the toughest job he's ever had with our tree roots and you did a really great job. We had a back patio (16X19) poured, curved walkway to the front, widened driveway and added an extended side, redid my front porch, fixed my sidewalk, even poured a new pad of sidewalk, and gave us a new curb! His sister even visited with chocolate chip cookies! You better believe I'll never hire anyone else to do my concrete work. They were on time, EVERYDAY, courteous, funny, fun, kind, and polite. People drive by our house slowly to see their work and give compliments daily. They're the entire package. You will not be disappointed in their work. Great job Joe. We really appreciate all your hard work. And boy it was hard!
