    I would like to title this review: A Lemon in Disguise. I am not surprised at all that the few reviews of Brock Restoration are poor. This place is an absolute nightmare, run as fast as you can in the other direction. When a tree fell on our house last year, we were initially very relieved to be directed to Brock. The person who came out to look at the place and who is in more of a supervisory role seemed amazing. The work was "done" quickly and what appeared to be efficiently. Cue the lemon. We had to have the initial repair crew come out multiple times to either re-repair things they had already done or to finish things they never completed. At one point, the project manager even told me someone on his crew told him to just lie to me about something being completed because "I would never notice." First of all, why would you EVER tell a customer that? Secondly, why would you continue to employ that person? The first crew left things unfinished and poorly done even after our attempts at fixes to the point that months later I requested another crew. I would call the work similar, though the project manager was at least nicer. However, his scheduling was awful. Three times we scheduled they just did not show up at all--I had to reach out hours or a day after the scheduled date and ask why they weren't here. Why wouldn't you tell someone you couldn't come? There are still a couple problems, but I'm done dealing with them. I would never use this company again. RUN!
