    I have been dealing with Eagle rental for about a year I a half. I have paid off one of the items and I still owe on a few items. Ken continues to harass me over 1 late payment. I pay every 2 weeks. I pay every other Friday. So I wasn’t able to pay because I missed work due to being ill. Ken showed up to my house that Monday…. When I got home from the hospital I called in to make a partial payment which was half of what I owed. $100…. I set up another payment for Friday which was my pay day but my check was so short because of missed work I was trying to come up with the payment before I called him… it is Saturday and he has showed up to my house again over $127…. I am so tired of him harassing me. Even if I am late I always bring my payment current and he knows this. One time he told me they had a program for loyal customers that fall behind and to come in and sign an agreement. When I got to the store he said that there is no need to sign a paper just as long as I stopped in to see him… I am so sick of dealing with this guy and I can not wait until all my things are paid off… I will never do business with them again.

    I will never do business with this company ever again! The store manager David is rude and unprofessional. Had the nerve to lie and tell me he was the owner knowing he wasn’t. He literally argued with me over a late payment. I called to update my card info to make a payment and he got mad that I refused to sign up for automatic payments. I’d NEVER authorize automatic payments to this company! He also kept threatening to come get my appliances despite the point of the call being to MAKE A PAYMENT! Which brought my account current. I had to ask him to take my card info over 5 times. Ridiculous! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

    While we do take all comments and concerns seriously, this review does not accurately reflect the conversation described. All that was done was an attempt to have conversation about her payment history and she got very defensive and would not listen to what I had to say. There were no threats just an offer to part ways if we could not come to a resolution. We are always willing to work with and assist customers who communicate with us and have civil conversations.

    Rented from this company for well over 9 years actually pretty close to 10 years, We have paid off countless items (at least 10-12 items) and never had any issues with them until this last year. in march of this year, my 13-year-old daughter became ill and was in and out of the hospital. We have been harassed daily, multiple phone calls, texts, and mailing threatening letters to us stating they will have us arrested, and this was all after speaking with someone informing them of our current situation and making payment arrangements. They have now begun coming to our home daily, pounding on the doors looking in the windows, and just sitting outside of our house! My teenage daughter called me crying saying they are outside banging on the doors and trying to look in the windows, all this as I sat in the hospital with my sick child! They are extremely rude and downright nasty, this is definitely not the company I fell in love with over 9 years ago! Also, the current leased furniture is only a few months away from being paid in full. I will never do business with this company again! Can't wait to pay them off and be free of their harassment!

    I'm not exactly sure who this is so I can only assume. That being said, we have always gone above and beyond for all of our customers in times of need. If there were payment arrangements set, we would have had no need to try and contact you prior to those arrangements. Common practice is to try and get in contact with someone about their account when it has been expired and commitments weren't honored. We have never made it a point to threaten anyone. All that aside, the best solution to your issues is to communicate with either your account manager or store manager (David) and we've always been willing to make accommodations whenever necessary.
