Ramone communicated about his arrival and the estimate. He replaced our ceiling fan and it is perfect. I would call Ramone for other jobs that arise. Super respectful of the space, collaborated well with how we wanted to set things up, really knew what he was doing, had solutions to awkward problems we encountered with the house construction.
