    On September 17 & 18, 2024 Mr. ***** of Floors of Perfection installed a polyaspartic floor coating on my garage floor. Two days later a surface spot appeared in the front, center area of the garage floor. For the past month I have been attempting to contact Mr. ***** and his company to have this flooring repaired. I have been promised time and again he would come to my house and he has not shown nor has he called or texted to let me know what is going on. At this point, I feel like he has no intention of repairing the faulty flooring. I even contacted the manufacturer of the polyaspartic flooring and they told me it sounds like a fault with the flooring procedure when it was installed.
