  Just finished training with Nicole and it was great. Learned so many things. She is so knowledgeable that she kept the class interested and I would highly recommend her ! I really feel confident that I would be able to assist someone if they were injured or unconscious.

  Had a class with Nicole at the Red Cross in Columbus, Ohio and she was great. She answered questions with ease and made everyone feel good about saving lives. This lady is phenomenal. I'd take her class every time for recertification!

  Today my company had the opportunity to train with Nicci. SHE WAS AMAZING. The class was filled with laughter and a lot of education. Everyone dreaded taking this class because we were looking at 3.5 hours. Nicci came in and made the class entertaining to the point that time passed and before we knew it, the class was over. The coolest thing was the graduation photo she took at the end of the class. This was something I never experienced. During the class she took photos and that was something we enjoyed the opportunity to look back on and laugh about. She made our day. There need to be instructors like her. Thank you for the experience Nicci.

  Had a CPR class with Ms. Nicole. She did an awesome job. Best CPR class I have ever had out of 10 classes. She started class promptly for students who arrived on time. And required people who were late to stay and fully complete the course. Hope she will be are current traineer from now on.

  I allowed my daughter to take a babysitting class with Ms. Nicci. She was all my daughter talked about after the class. Ms. Nicci taught my daughter how to properly handle her baby brother and we now feel safe leaving our 13-year-old daughter with our son. I am not sure what Ms. Nicci did, but she got our daughter who has an anxiety diagnosis to open up and explore ways to engage with her brother. I am happy that this lady was recommended to us because she has proven to be helpful in more than one way. Thank you, Ms. Nicci, for taking the time to help our daughter beyond what you were paid to do! Your effort was priceless.

  I am disabled and I decided to take this class because so many people in my building are collapsing and overdosing. This was the best investment I made. This class was so real. Ms. Nicci was kind and accommodating. She had the entire class laughing and hanging onto her every word. I learned so much this day! I would love to see her do this class on a larger scale as she talked about during the class. I had no problem staying awake during the class because it was so fun. I give this class an A++++

  I took this class with Nicci and I LOVED IT!!! She was so much fun! I learned a lot! I recommend her any day, hands down! This was the first CPR class that I took and actually enjoyed myself!
