    Beware! Liars! Scammers! Thieves! Con artists! Deceptive!
    Believe the reviews!
    Farhad ********** and Natalia are crooks. This company will take your money (cash or check only) and NOT deliver what they promise. They will insult you, bully you, and throw you out of their store. Charge you MORE $ to return to a job that was never finished. They will accuse you of not understanding stone, then promise to do the job right the second time only if you pay more money.
    Poor craftsmanship, unprofessional , terrible communication, lies, and broken promises. Counters don't fit, all edges are chipped, corners are chipped, veining does NOT flow same direction, faucet holes were drilled too large, THEY broke a piece and offered to glue it, $6K and they want to glue it? Unacceptable
    WE HAD TO HIRE A NEW COMPANY TO FINISH THIS PAID JOB.
    PAID additional $423 new corner piece (the piece they wanted to glue) + $1500 to fix every edge, polish, and finish install = $1923
    READ THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ACCURATE.
    I can guarantee this is how Marble Builders Direct will respond to my NEGATIVE review "The stone was fine but the customer did not like it and we did offer to finish the job". My response- Screw me once, never again!
